About Aimee

I work with the part that comes after the decision.

I am Aimee Meek, an ICF-trained Coach, NLP Practitioner, and the creator of The Meek Method.

Lived experience

Certainty was rarely available. Decisions still had to be lived.

Serene executive study with natural sunlight casting soft shadows over a desk and linen journal.

For twelve years I was a Special Operations wife, working and raising our son through deployments and long stretches of uncertainty. That taught me what it means to make difficult decisions when the outcome matters and certainty is not available.

Later came divorce, sobriety, single motherhood, career changes, moving across the country, and starting over more than once.

Those years taught me something I rarely hear discussed. Making the decision is not always the hardest part. Living with it is.

The insight behind the Method

A choice can be clear and still become unstable.

The decision often reopens only after it becomes real. That observation became The Meek Method: a way to understand the pressure, preserve meaningful human judgment, and build support around what comes next.

Training and perspective

What I bring to the work

My work combines professional training, lived experience, and the decision-stability framework I created.

  • ICF-trained Coach
  • NLP Practitioner
  • Creator of The Meek Method

How I work

Direct conversation. Clear distinctions. Practical movement.

  • Human judgment stays central.
  • Discomfort is separated from genuinely changed facts.
  • The next move is practical and situation-appropriate.
  • Support continues after the decision meets real life.
