The Decision Stabilization Intensive
A 90-minute private session on one decision you keep reopening, and a separate Decision Hold Review one to two weeks later — after you have lived with it.
Who this is for
The choice is made. The pressure keeps moving it.
- You have already made, or largely made, one important decision.
- Doubt, guilt, disagreement, responsibility, or the difficulty of transition keeps reopening it.
- You need to separate discomfort from genuinely changed information.
- You want a concrete next move and practical structure around the choice.
The reopening cycle
One real option is compared with one imagined option.
- 01
The chosen direction becomes real.
- 02
Consequences and reactions arrive.
- 03
The rejected option stays idealized.
- 04
Confidence moves under the pressure.
- 05
The decision reopens.
The first conversation
What the 90 minutes covers
- 1
Name the decision that has already been made.
- 2
Identify the pressure causing it to reopen.
- 3
Separate discomfort from meaningful new evidence.
- 4
Identify what the decision changes in real life.
- 5
Build the initial Decision Hold Plan.
- 6
Choose one committed move for the next 24–72 hours.
What you leave with
The Decision Hold Plan
- A clear statement of the decision being held
- The pressure points likely to reopen it
- The conditions that would count as meaningful new evidence
- The support, boundary, or structural changes needed
- One committed move within 24–72 hours
- Reflection points for the period before the Decision Hold Review
Within 24–72 hours
One committed move
A concrete, situation-appropriate action begins living the decision in real life. The move makes the direction tangible without pretending every decision requires an irreversible act.
Between the conversations
The decision meets real life.
Time passes before the Review because pressure, resistance, reactions, and genuine new information only become visible once the choice is being lived. The Review works with experience, not a hypothesis.
Seven to fourteen days later
The Decision Hold Review
Seven to fourteen days later, we meet separately to look at what happened: what pressure appeared, whether meaningful new evidence surfaced, what held, what started reopening, and what needs strengthening.
This is not a bonus, an optional follow-up, or a quick check-in.

What clients say about the Intensive.
“The Intensive completely reframed how I evaluate risk under pressure. It cut through the noise of competing stakeholder opinions and gave me absolute clarity on a multi-million pound acquisition.”
